Soundtracks

Award winning composer, Steve Hudson, has written music for the stage and for film in which he has explored orchestral, pop, rock, jazz, and everything in between, to create an individual sound that connects with the listener. His last film, Black Girl in Paris by director Kiandra Parks, was an official selection at the American Black Film Festival and aired on HBO.

When composing for film, Hudson’s goal is always to have the music create an environment where the scene jumps off the screen. Steve works closely with film directors to realize their vision, and create films that resonate emotionally with the audience in fun and unexpected ways.

“Exquisite compositions….there is a quest for beauty in his lines that evoke the masters.” Keyboard Magazine
