The Steve Hudson Chamber Ensemble (Jody Redhage – cello/voice, Zach Brock – violin, Martin Urbach – percussion, Steve Hudson – piano) is a genre bending ensemble based in New York City. They record and perform original music with roots in classical, tango, jazz, folk & pop. Their latest recording is Galactic Diamonds.

Shine features original compositions of Steve Hudson that take the listener on unexpected sonic adventures, from uptempo grooves, soulful originals, and the incredible singing of Peter Eldridge on the title track “Shine.”

The album features some of New York’s finest musicians including Marcus Rojas on tuba, trumpeter James Zollar, clarinetist Oscar Noriega, saxophonists Claire Daly and Mark DeJong, trombonist Curtis Fowlkes, vocalist Peter Eldridge, and many others.
